Suggest Remedy For Radiating Pain From Ear To Shoulder Post Intake Of Novelon Tablets
For heavy and extended bleeding during premenopausal period, I am taking novelon to regularize my periods as per medical advice. After taking 11 tablets, I have experienced slight headache on left side, became heavy on 12th day, then extended to ears, jaw bones, then to shoulders and now upto my knee. Is there any remedial measures as I was adviced to take the tablets during next three cycles
Since there is direct correlation of taking the medicines and development of pain we have to find out the cause. Novelon being hormonal preparation can cause water retention and thus nerve pseudo-compression giving such symptoms. Also, possible is presence of preexisting spinal or brain lesion that got enhanced problems. Consult your Doctors for proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations of MRI of brain or cervical spine as per the clinical findings. Get treated accordingly. If the symptoms are related to the hormonal tablets then you may need to stop these and go for alternative treatment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
