Suggest Remedy For Raised And Sensitive Vaginal Opening

I have a white slightly raised area inside my labial/vaginal opening that is sensitive to the touch and burns with urination. I assume this is from over enthusiastic sex last weekend, but it is still sore and not resolving. I have used a combination of an anti-fungal and hydrocortisone. Suggestions?
