Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would explain that the rapid heart rate is related to amphetamine overdose.

This could be really dangerous for your heart and as a cardiologist, I would recommend going to the nearest ER service in order to get professional help.

Some natural maneuvers to slow your heart rate would be pressure on the eyes or on the carotid arteries, valsalva maneuver, etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
