yes thank you i came in contact with a condtion that my grocery store alerted me to.. sorry i am not so good on the computer. they said ther was a infestion of wisteria i believe, I got a re]ash all o er my arms and chest Do i hjave to do anything about this?

It might be seborrhoea.

You can apply topical antifungal like Clotrimazole for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist, you can consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
