Suggest Remedy For Rashes On The Waist

I had a rash break out at my waist line right above penis. That is made up of diferent sized bumps & some bumps had been there for awhile over 6 months, about 4 months ago I popped 1 & slighty white puss came out, look like its been mixed with blood but afer draing the puss the sore never got smaller but about 4 days after trying pop the bump, I tried to do it again & this time only dark red blood came out & sore got smaller. I also pop one acident & instead of white looking puss draing it was a carmel looking color that near the end of its drainage became a crystal-clear liquid & I mean crystal-clear but no matter how much drainage came out sores never completely went away they just got smaller & always looked moist & rarely scabed over but they would see to start drying out if I cleaned aera with alchol or and only scabbed when I used twizzers & pushed them to deep into sores to see if it was an ingrown hair. I know someof the rash from infected hair as I have a habit of pulling my public hair out & some times hairs would break before I pull it out root & all but some sores I m not for sure if they are just a result of an infected hair but they Don t look like any herpes pictures I ve seen & I ve never felt sick & sores never hurt if I didn t squeeze them & it never felt itchy aslong as I bath regularly I think 1 time in 6 months it felt itchy down there but I thinks that because I didn t bath for 4 days & got sweaty down there due to being on a camping trip from my understanding gential warts Don t pop like pimples. So any Ideal what I can have

Hello,

You are suffering from rashes on the waist due to hiking and not being able to take proper care of your hygiene. Now you are suffering from rashes and bumps. Do not touch, pick or scratch , it will cause spread and infection. This rash is indicative of yeast infection but it may also be due to contact dermatitis. Take oral antihistamine like cetirizine or fexofenadine. Try an identify any triggers that could have caused the symptoms and stay away from it.

Avoid wearing belts, jewelry or any metal. Take care of your hygiene and keep yourself dry, clean and cool. Apply ointment hydrocortisone in the area affected. Get clinically examined if it is jock itch, you will need to take a course of anti fungal and apply ointment clotrimazole. If it is resistant you will be prescribed to take oral corticosteroids. Stay away from addictions if any. Use antibacterial soap for bathing. Do not use perfumed beauty products. Avoid sharing your toiletries with anyone.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
