Suggest Remedy For Raw, Bleeding And Swollen Nasal Passage, Mucus Buildup Causing Blocked Nose

Hi, My right nasal passage has become completely raw and bleeds with barely a touch of kleenex tissue now. I have been on a course of swollen passages, mucus buildup to the point I can t breath, then using tissue to clear the mucus until bleeding, then scabbing over and building up until I can t breath, then using tissue to pull out the scab leading to more bleeding. I need to stop this cycle but also need to breath. Thanks for any advice.

Thanks for query.crusting in nose that bleeds on removal should be a cause to concern.it needs to be evaluated by a ENT specialist to rule out atrophic rhinitis and some other causes.try using saline nasal drops before removing crusts.regards
