Suggest Remedy For Raw Spot Between The Inner And Outer Vagina Lips

In the area between my inner and outer lips is a raw spot. Sometime it feels like a scrape or cut. It flares up once in a while for a day or two and then i don't notice it again for a couple of weeks. I don't think it is from too much intercourse or from my laundry detergent. I also get small splits in the skin where my lips meet at the bottom. I shave as well. I am also prone to Bacterial Vaginosis so I take asodopholis regularly.
