The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is melasma which is a disorder characterised by multiple dark spots on the face. It aggrevates on sun exposure and so you must use a sunscreen of SPF 30 or more at least half an hour before sun exposure. Melalite cream should not be continued for a long time as it itself can induce a pigmentory disorder known as ochronosis. Topical kojic acid and arbutin can be used instead. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
