Suggest Remedy For Recurrent Unilateral Progressive Uveitis In Right Eye

I am a 29 year old female (white/115 lbs, 5"4) with recurrent unilateral (right eye) progressive Uveitis for approximate 20 months now. No one can give me an answer why this is happening and one specialist keeps sending me to the next. Other symptoms include occasional night sweats, right side slight head pain occasionally (very deep) and occasional light dizziness. Every test in the book from the neck down has been done. Nothing yet of head scan...Is it time for that?

uveitis is an autoimmune disease. steroid is the only remedy. side effect of steroid is Tobe guarded. tapering Tobe done for oral or topical steroid. less co taint steroid like prednisolone can be used.you have to maintain balance between disease and side effect of steroid. problem like glaucoma and cataract is also to be managed.
