General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Taking antihistamines like benadryl and nasal decongestants will be helpful. You can also take vitamin C, warm chicken soup with pepper and lemon tea with honey. If there is no improvement then a short course of corticosteroids like methyl prednisolone will be needed.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
