Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your doctor I completely understand your health concerns....
What is your age? Are you smoking actively? Any family history of heart disease? Are you producing sputum? What is the colour? Any fever? Any associated chest pain?
Based upon the history you have provided in my opinion you have got an acute respiratory tract infection. Asthmatic patients and copd patients do develop exacerbation of their ailments with these infection.
You need to visit your doctor so that proper antibiotics along with other supportive medications can be prescribed. You need to get full blood count test along with chest x ray...so that your asthma and copd don't get worse.
Quit smoking if you do...
Also discuss with your doctor regarding the yearly pneumococcal vaccination...
Stay safe and get well soon
Hope your query is adequately addressed
