Suggest Remedy For Recurring Heart Palpitations And Dizzy Spells

Hi Dr. My name is Theresa im 42 and ive been having heart palpatations since January. Every now n then I feel down like tired lazy sometimes even dizzy spells. I have no insurance to go to dr. What should I do? Please help me? My email is YYYY@YYYY thank you God bless

I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion if you have not done the investigations like ECHO, EKG, then it is better to get this done, without this pathology can not be differentiated but most of the time such palpitation may be benign and this is nothing to worry until proved something, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
