Suggest Remedy For Recurring High Fever

Hi Doc My child is 6 months old wt 4.7kg A near by doctor has given meftal p But the temperature rises to 103 every 4-5 hrs and comes down only after spunging We are also giving cefixime along with it. Some loose motion are also there Please suggest Abhishek
