Suggest Remedy For Recurring Itchy Bumps On Foot

Every so often I get these white itchy bumps on only one tie above the metatarsal and that area of my tie is swollen. It itches like mad. If i scratch it until I break skin or pop them it will dry up and then it s normal for a cpl months. What is this and how do I make it stop?

Its always difficult to traeat skin lesions without actually seeing them.

But looks like a callosity. Apply Fougera Triamcinolone Acitonide Ointment 3times a day, plus Benadryl cream 3 times a day. If extreme itching, you may add Claritin by mouth once daily for 5days.
