General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

The pain you described might be having from some heart issues whether it is angina or some thing else can't be told without actual examination.

So,I would advice you to go for complete hemogram, urine,ECG and blood cardiac markers to rule out any issue with heart.

Meanwhile, you can take pain killers (aspirin would be better in this) with antacids with antithrombotic (clopidogrel) and sublingual nitroglycerin.

Conult physician for immediate treatment and further evaluation.

Regards,
