Hello i m 30 years old female . From last two year I m suffering from pimples . I have visited two thre doctors but no use. I want it go for life time . Now a days If one pimple goes next day another two pimples comes. Now a days its heights the pimples are not leaving its swelling. Its becoming less but it is seen that pimple was there. even uts not leaving the scar . Even I have indigestion problem. I have habit of ear digging every day.. pls help me to get rid of acne.
It is mostly hormonal. If it is not leaving a scar, Clindamycin, Benzaclin can be applied to prevent any secondary infection. It should have good glycemic control. Avoid junk food. Are you taking any meds? If it is oil or oily lotion or cream, avoid that oil as that is the cause in few cases too. Protect yourself from the sun. Avoid irritants. If it still persists, consult a dermatologist and biopsy the lesion.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
