General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to hemorrhoids. As you didn't get relief, for further assessment I would suggest you to consult with proctologist. He may procure proctoscopy examination, complete hemogram as per evaluation. Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition and it's grade. You may require surgical intervention after consultation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
