Suggest Remedy For Recurring Vaginal Thrush

I am constantly getting thrush, on average once a month. Sex has always been painful for me, but in the last couple of years, sex now results in me getting thrush and/or cystitus. I feel constantly itchy and sore down below. My partner and I use lubrication during sex, and we have tried different brands to see if it is the lub causing the infections, but I never see any difference.
