Suggest Remedy For Red And Painful Cyst On Clitoris

I have a cyst on my clitorous. It is very painful and red. The doctor said he doesnt feel it needs to be lanced so he perscribed me an antibiotic bactrim i think its called and told me to soak in warm water.. i have only been taking the medicine a day but it is so painful...how long til the meds work and is there anything else i can do to make it go away faster
