Suggest Remedy For Red Blotches In Eyes

I have been having red blotches around my eyes. The the corner by the tear ducts is swollen. I have been on antibotics for 10 days and prednesone for a week. It cleared up and then 2 days ago it started again. Under my eyes by the crease is very red and now is dry with a little scaling.
