Suggest Remedy For Red Blotchy Eyelids

i have like red blotchy eyelids, it does stay for very long, and it has started to appear when i get out of the shower. It started on the top of my eyelids, now it's top and bottom of my eyes. It looks like a few days old bruising, although it isn't as it doesn't last for long, what could this be? and how can i stop this happening again?

it is allergic reaction related to bath room soaps or shampoo.try to correlate the thing if possible avoid it and see next day. can go for an allergy test.
