Hello,

I can understand your concern for the red bordered patches on skin after c-section.

All these finding are indicative of fugal infection of the various affected areas. It is quite common to find fungal infections after any operation and any related conditon.

In my patients I suggest them to maintain hygiene first as is of most imporatnt cause of fungal infections.

Wear lose cotton clothes and change your undergarments two times daily.

In my patients I suggest them to apply a pane anti-fungal cream such as clotrimazole or ketoconazole for two times.

DO not apply Lobate -GM as contains steroids which can harm your skin.

All the best.
