Suggest Remedy For Red Bump At The Base Of My Penis

Have a small red bump on the base of my penis (right where hair starts to grow) I tried to pop it but there was no puss, only skin broke and it bled for a little bit. Now it s just a red irritated bump that I m really just self conscious about. Any idea what it is?

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. If not, it can be due to bacterial/fungal infection. Local application of antibiotics/antifungal can help you. Share a picture for confirmation.
