Suggest Remedy For Red Bump On Clitoris

I have a really red cyst like bump on my clitoris..very iritating..hurts..been going on for about 3 mo. I m in menopause and just found out I have hypothyroid...been to doctors prior to this no signs of any diseases...is this serious? Should I be worried?
