Suggest Remedy For Red Bumps Near Testis

Okay so a few weeks ago I noticed red bumps down by my balls... anyways I didn t think anything of it now it s itchy and it seems to of somehow spreaded to my butt. It s red and a big area it peels like as if it was dry skin I don t know what s wrong with me. I haven t had sex or anything like that so I know I don t have herpes. I just want to solve this solution I don t want to have to tell my mother...

Hi.
As per your case history you are having furuncles.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for 5-7 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
