Suggest Remedy For Red Bumps On Legs

Hi, I work at a water park and I have to push tubs all day. I have noticed red bumps on my legs and I thought it was a rash. But now I m thinking it s more like a rubber burn from the tubes. It feels like my legs are on fire when I apply soap, lotion and aloe. I would like to know if there is any other way to help with the pain without adding more pain

Hi,

Is there any itching? Any fluid filled blisters? Is the surrounding skin erythematous? Depending on the details mentioned, this can suggest an allergic rash (contact dermatitis) or even Zoster (given the association with significant burning). Treatment varies with the cause- kindly get back to us with details. Till then, apply an emollient (like aloe) and take analgesics for pain if needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
