Suggest Remedy For Red Circle Like Infection On Leg

I have something that looked like a pimple on my leg near my knee and there was a red circle around it. I popped it last night and some pus came out. Tonight, it is swollen and the red ring has gotten larger. It is sensitive to touch and hurts. There is no pus to drain out of it however.

apply T-bact cream twice daily in the lesions for 7 days
