Suggest Remedy For Red Itchy Toes

One of my toes turned red. No pain. Just a little irritation. It started off looking and feeling like a paper cut. Today it started to turn purple. Also, been running a low grade fever and headache. These symptoms may be related. Not sure what happened to the toe. Experienced no trauma to the toe.
