Suggest Remedy For Red Patche Under The Penis After Masturbation

Hi i have been masturbating for about 4 years on a regular basis... mabye once every two days and for about mabye the past year i have had a large red patch on the underside of my penis where my hand has a cup shape. The skin feels quite thin it doesnt hurt though. I want to know if this is bad and if it is perminant or if it will go away and how i can help it recover.
