Suggest Remedy For Red Spots On Hands,shoulders,chin And Chest

hello sir i am a 22 year girl. from past few days i am having a lot of red spots like achne on my hands and shoulders,lower chin and little near my chest.these boils are more near the joint of hands and shoulders.They are itching a lot and increasing.i donno if it is due to my body heat and food habits coz these days i am eating a bit of pikels which i usually dont.or is it due to impure blood.i would like to mention that i suffer from dandruff problem so that may be the reason too.please guide me as to what food habits i should follow,wat soap to use and how to maintain a better skin hygeine.m having achne on my face also though not very prominent.thank you sir. wil be waiting for ur kind response
