Suggest Remedy For Red Spots On Penis Shaft
I have red spots on my penis shaft (ten or so) and about 15 on the head. Some surround the urethra and some are just spread out. No itching no burning. The other day they had a white center but not any more. I applied hydrocortisone 1% and antibacterial cream too. It seems to be about the same. It s only been two days and I did have some sex that had some friction issues before it showed up. There are also some red spots In my pubic area.

Hello,
It may be due to allergic reaction.
For that you may apply hydrocortisone ointment locally.
In case of itching you can take tablet loratidine.
Maintain proper hygiene.
Avoid harsh cosmetic products and latex condom.
Watch for symptoms severe itching, penile discharge...
