Suggest Remedy For Red Spots On The Inner Elbow And Back

I have small red spots on the inner part of my elbow along with on the back of my neck. They do not itch or hurt, and if you rub your finger over them you can barely fill them. I went to a doctor last year for this same issue and he told me to put athletes foot cream on it. It made it go away temporarily as they are back! Can you please help?

Hi.

I would recommend using the cream for a longer duration of time, a month or more, along with 1 tablet of 150 mg fluconazole once. Along with this, try and keep the affected regions as dry and clean as possible at all times. I am guessing you sweat a lot resulting in the region being left moist, try and use talcum powder in the regions to avoid it from being left wet.
