Suggest Remedy For Red, Swollen And Painful Finger Post Thorn Prick

I pricked my finger outside while cleaning up the yard...a small thorn went though my gardening gloves and when I pulled it out, there was a small hole with a little blood.I started feeling pain in my finger within 20mins...Felt like a bee sting.I took 2 Ibruprofen....it is now 4hrs later and it is red,swollen and having trouble bending it.I can feel pain from the finger to my wrist. Not sure what to do

I really appreciate your concern, the main concern would be antibiotic for safe side antibiotic can be ensued and best option would be "Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
