Suggest Remedy For Reddish Itchy Rashes On Leg And Ankle Despite Medication

I have a rash on my leg and ankle. It is tiny red dot appearance. I have tried Cortizone Cream and Cortizone Creame for Eczema; Aveeno Cream for Eczema. It helps control the itching but the dots are still there this has been going on for about 3 months.

Dear friend there is nothing to worry as skin redness will reduce on using oral antibiotics for 5 days and antihystamines to be taken for 2 weeks.
