Hello, I've got a problem with my legs ever since I was very little. I'm a teen right now, and it's bothering me more than ever.On the spots exactly where my leg hair grows, there is a small rough-ish red spot; one spot for each hair. It goes from my thighs and stops on the lowest part of my legs. They seem to be natural, seeing that I've had them for years. But is it possible to make is disappear?
