Suggest Remedy For Reddish Vaginal Bumps?

i am a 21 yr old female i have a boyfriend and we sometimes use condoms he's my only sex partner for 3 yrs. and now i'm experiencing vaginal irritation for about three days now. well i took a mirror and looked down there and i can tell that im swelling from inside of me and i can see very very tiny red bumps i don't have any discharge or a foul smell. I don't know what to do. If i find out this is an std im going to kill my boyfriend (not literally) but i'll know he cheated an gave it to me please help me im freaking out right now
