Suggest Remedy For Redness And Pain Around Palate With Red Spots On Roof Of Mouth

I had a virus which started with a sore throat. It left me with a lot of catarrh and the doc gave me a nasal spray. I then
developed redness around my palate and the doc gave me penicillin. I still have an aching palate and two red spots on the roof of my mouth.
