Suggest Remedy For Redness,itching And Swelling In Vagina

my clitoris has been itching for the past couple of days...it would only be itchy after I use the bathroom...but now it is red and swollen and itchy now...I don't have any kind of discharge at all...I went yesterday and got some vagisil for the itchiness but it only seemed to make it worse...
