Hi

Reduced appetite and abdominal pain is one of the commonest symptom of Gastritis

Suggest to do the following for improvement

- Avoid spicy food
- Avoid Coffee
- Have meals on time
- Take digestive enzymes like Pepticaine etc
- Do exercise/walking for 45 minutes daily
- Eat plenty of cooked green leafy vegetables
- Have fruits daily Eg. Apple, Banana..

Doing meditation as per your age will relieve stress and give relief from the gastric pain(if your age 45 - 45 minutes of mediation is recommended)

For the pain if i were your treating doctor would have prescribed Tab.Ranitidine 150 mg twice daily (half an hour before food) for 15 days

If you still have any concerns please feel free to contact

Wish You Good Health
