Suggest Remedy For Regular Cough And Cold Without Using Nebulizers

I am Gaurav. I am having issues with nose blocking, regular cough & cold in every change of season. One of the physician recommended me taking nebulizer using budate.5 mg and levolin 1.25. Every now and then I use it. This gives me relief however I want some solution where i dont nee to use nebulizer.

As per your query you have symptoms of cough anf cold which is due to upper respiratory tract infection and poor immunity of body and increased susceptibility of getting infected. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment after complete examination. You should gett routine blood investigations done. You should maintain complete hygiene. Do warm saline gargles. Avoid intake of cold carbonated beverages and take proper course of antibiotics along with antiinflammatory medications. Avoid hot, spicy and sharp food. Apply humidifiers in room.
