Hi my name is Michael Mollet and I am 28 years and I am wondering about my nephew

wet dream is a normal thing as one turns into maturity. It is not of his making and there is nothing much he can do about it except to understand it and learn how cope with it. It does not have any medical consequences.
As for your own pre-occupation, you could decide to talk to him about it or not. It does not really change the picture. However, talking with him about it to let him know, its something people observe as there turn mature will reduce his stress about it. But he can learn about it himself.
As for the feelings, you are developing for him; look it is normal to have feelings, you won't want to sexually abuse your nephew who ought to have some respect for you. He is still very young and can't really decide for himself now.
