Suggest Remedy For Ridge In Skull From Front To Back

I have recently noticed a ridge in my skull running from front to back next to my parting - feels similar to baby soft spot...I am 38 years old and have never noticed it before. Have been very stressed lately and i first noticed this when on holiday in a very hot climate - could it be linked to dehydration.
