Suggest Remedy For Right Shoulder Bicep Tendon Tears

Have had 5 surgeries on my right shoulder bicep tendon tears 3 scopes and 2 open the last one was 10 months ago and i have been ok till about 3 month ago it started hurting again. The last surgery the doc found a stitch that had torn loose. I have lost a lot of mobilty in my arm i get a lot of tigling in my fingers now and wake up at night a lot in pain from laying on it wrong. This is very fustrating is there a surgery that can replace the tendon. I was told after surgey number 4 that there wasnt much left of the tendon to reattach if i tear it again then surgery number 5 the doc said pretty much the same thing. I just dont understand how come I keep going through this problem after I have these surgerys. I hear about these Pro babseball pitchers tearing theres and coming back and pitching better then they did before they had the surgery and I cant even come close to showing my boys how to through a baseball or a football. any input would be great.
