General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

Right sided back pain is may be due to many reasons. As you have mentioned that your pain becomes worse after travelling, it is more likely that the reason is muscle strain. Correct your posture. Do some stretching exercises. Use soft pillow support while travelling.

You can take some analgesics to reduce the pain. If your pain is not reducing after all these, please consult your nearest doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

I hope this helps.

If you have any other queries, feel free to ask.

Regards,
Dr.Prathap Kumar
