good to know.. someone ready to help.. I have some ringing, vibrational feeling in my right ear.. It is especially in the nights. it is there on and off from last 1.5 years.. one year back when it started, it was happening even during day, now it is sometimes in night..

You must get an ENT consultation done and get examined for ears and also get done---
---Pure tone audiometry(hearing tests)
---MRI Brain
hearing test can tell what is the hearing status and can it be one of the cause of tinnitus,
You also need to check your blood pressure.
If its more during night then you might have some hearing loss of nerve type.
as the sounds are heard when the enviornment is quite.
Get examined and then further management can be planned.
