Suggest Remedy For Running Nose With Bleeding
Hello I have a one yr, old son. Well it started with a runny nose, I kept wiping it with klennex until I have decided to use to clean his nose out from the inside, he was trying to wiggle out from me, so I kept cleanning he's nose until blood came out of one nostril. That really scared me so I had; went and got Q tips with a little Vaseline and swap around both nose. He was crying and mad I did the best I can.

Hi, at 1 year the Nasal mucosa is very soft and the cartilage also very thin. do not pinch/squeeze the nose hardly. Nasal wash with normal saline will clear his nose. or Normal saline drops installation also helps.do not ask him to blow when he bleeds from nostril. do not be panic. give firm compression of nostril on bleeding side for 5-6 mins. ask him to breath through mouth. if these measures fail meet ENT Dr.Take care
