Suggest Remedy For Runny Nose, Sneezing And Sinus

Hi Doctor! I am having cold from last two,three days I took some Allegra first but it s getting worse I am sneezing and had runny nose this morning my sister gave me delcon plus I felt better for a while, but again started sneezing runny nose stuffy nose Aldo my sinus is getting worse what do you suggest please help. Thank you AKR

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
according to your symptoms you are suffering from upper respiratory tract infection.if I will be your treating doctor I will prescribe you, ephidrine or psuedoephidrine nasal drops to relieve congestion twice a day,cetrizine 10mg at night once a day for 3 days, Acetaminophen 1000mg twice a day with meal for 3 days. It will resolve within 3 to 4 days. If it will not,then there are chances of infection. In this case you have to take antibiotic.
