I have a small scab-like spot on my right buttocks. Well, it looks like I picked a scab but I didn't! It appeared overnight, is dry, and has a tiny black dot in the center. I have no history of acne and am not sexually active. It is about the size of two Q-tips and is rough and pink. Please help me out I am worried it could spread.
