Suggest Remedy For Scabies In An HIV Patient

I have scabies and was given permethrin cream to do a treatment. I have followed all the instructons (ie wash everything, linen, towels, everything) and I feel worst. I read online of a pill or antibiotic I should take with the treatment. I also have aids and not sure what to take.

For scabies you have to use scaboma lotion for local application at night after taking bath with warm water along with avil or cetrizine for itching. Also take bandy-plus tablet one stat and one after 7 days for complete cure. You can take neurobian-forte or mecobal-plus once daily.
