Suggest Remedy For Scabs On The Chin

Hi, I went on trek (camping for three days) where, on my chin and a little underneath my nose there is a scab type thing it had a little bit of liquid coming out and it turn a yellowy color. It s been hurting really bad lately and I am wondering how to get rid of it or ease the pain until it heals. I put on Alo Vera but it stung my face and I had to take it off. Please reply! Thanks!

Dont apply aloe vera over your face as it will increase the irritation, instead use momatasone -fusidic acid combination containg cream over these areas. Also take tablet containing serratiopeptidase-aceclofenac combination for few days to decrease the pain.
